Actual arrival times may vary depending on traffic conditions, severe weather, road closures, and the current volume of service requests in Jaipur.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon the completion of the towing or roadside assistance service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• We accept cash, UPI, and major digital payment methods.

• In the event of a canceled call after a tow truck has already been dispatched to your location, a standard cancellation fee or "dry run" fee may apply to cover fuel and time.

3. Liability & Vehicle Damage

• While our highly trained operators take every possible precaution to load, transport, and unload your vehicle safely, Manu Towing Crane Service shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

• We are not liable for damage resulting from factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to, severe accident recoveries, vehicles stuck in deep mud or water, or structural failures of the vehicle being towed.

• It is the vehicle owner's responsibility to remove all valuable personal items from the vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property left inside the vehicle.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Manu Towing Crane Service reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We may refuse service if the situation poses a significant safety hazard to our operators or equipment, if the vehicle is overloaded, or if the customer exhibits abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff.
